Tia started the performing group "Tia's Royal Islanders" back in 1971. Today, after many years it is still one of the most sought after Polynesian Entertainment groups in Arizona, featuring spectacular Hawaiian dancers. Tia is from Samoa, and came to the United States in his teens. He has been an entertainer most of his life. Tia has a beautiful voice and gift for being able to capture audiences and give an exciting performance.
Melekai, his wife, came to dance with the group in 1983. Not only did she dance but she also made the costumes for the group. Together Tia and Melekai have made their business even more professional and successful. Over the years they have been blessed to have had many great entertainers perform with them. Tia's reputation is known throughout the WORLD ..jk.. for giving audiences an EXCITING Polynesian Revue with his beautiful hula dancers and awesome fire knife dancers which are sure to be a crowd pleaser.
We now offer many services, such as, live entertainment, island style BBQ catering, and we specialize in Hawaiian Weddings with the Torch Ceremony.

Together we share 7 children and 26 grandchildren. Many of our children at one time or another have been a part of our business. We always give our best and provide a professional service. All of them helped us build our beautiful "Hawaiian Village" we call the Hukilau. Its over an acre, filled with thatched huts, tiki statues, koi ponds, and huge waterfalls. It is a great place to just HANG LOOSE with family and friends. We love to entertain and share our culture with others.
