We always try to make a great presentation. Our staff will serve you in a buffet line style. We serve up generous portions in a very timely manner. A Hawaiian luau is generally more casual but fun. Our service we provide is a step above casual dining at an affordable price. We believe in serving hot Polynesian tasty food and make sure we have plenty of it. Our island style BBQ is different from the rest, we cook our Kalua pork with Tia's own special seasonings and it cooks for more than 12 hours. Our pork is so moist and flavorful you'll definitely want to come back for more. Our Teriyaki chicken is fresh off the grill on an open flame, then topped off with the teriyaki glaze. Maybe a PIG ROAST is what you looking for, we can do that as well. If you only want a small suckling for decoration or a large pig to feed many guests we can provide. Pigs are sometimes the hit of any party. At a large affair, we can do a PIG PRESENTATION, which is where we have 2 of our island boys bring the pig to the dinner site on a large decorated flat table. It gives the real island feel at the Hawaiian luau for your guests to enjoy.
